Gito means 'tiny' in Kinyawanda, the national language of Rwanda. Traditionally, coffee of this small screen selection would be sorted and sold to the commodity market, based on its size alone! However, our import partners at Raw Material saw an amazing opportunity to return better profits to producers, by isolating these small beans and sorting by density to supply them to the specialty market: And they are indeed 'tiny' beans of joy and deliciousness.
