We understand that the workhorse of your cafe is very important. We offer all our wholesale partners free espresso machine breakdown cover and servicing. Using in house engineers and our UK network we are able to repair and maintain your espresso machine so that you can keep pumping out the coffee!

Our certified technicians are ready to help with everything from servicing, maintenance and machinery repairs. We also work with approved technicians across the UK, to make sure all our customers have the support they need – whenever they need it. We are on hand to respond to same day espresso machine and grinder disasters. Rest assured, if you partner with us you'll be backed up day in, day out with our stellar emergency support.

Routine Maintenance

Preventiative maintencen is the best maintenence. We will help you keep on top your espresso machine servicing with routine visits and annual servicing. We are also PSSR certified meaning we can check your machine is safe to use for you and your cafe.

Full Strip Down's & Descales

At some point in time your machine will need an extra lease of life. We have a fully equipped in house work shop where we can perform descaling and comprehensive rebuilds.
