We are on the lookout to expand our fun and hardworking team! We’re looking for someone to fill an exciting new role managing the (coffee side) of Triple Co HQ, including roasting production, order fulfillment, green buying and quality control.
Applicant must be flexible in terms of role activity, a team player and open to working in an exciting, fast-moving environment. The role includes lifting of heavy sacks, loading the roaster and being on your feet. Driving License is required.
Training provided but experience in tasting coffee, cupping and management is key.
Salary will be pro rata 3 days a week and based on experience; it of course includes lots of free coffee! Required days are Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday but with the goal to expand to a 4th day.

Production Assistant, 2 days a week to start, Tuesday and Thursday. Role includes:
Helping production team sort roast scheduleDeciding what needs to be roasted that dayPacking the different coffees into respective bagsHelping despatch, including managing Fedex and RoyalMail system
Salary based on experience and pro-rata for the days worked (2 days). Hours are 8.30am-5pm. Of course unlimited coffee is included! It’s a hands on role, where you will be on your feet and it can be quite busy! No experience required.
