Who says you can't have more than one Ethiopian on offer at a time? We certainly don't, especially when they taste so damn good. Ethiopian coffees can offer huge varieties in flavour, depending on region and process. This washed coffee comes from one of our favourite producers, Israel Degfa. Israel has provided us with some of our favourite coffee this year and to date, and so we weren't surprised when we cupped this lot blind to discover he was responsible. It's a deliciously clean coffee with big juicy body and sweet florals. Blackcurrant, red berries, lime, lavender.
