    Landed, and just in time too. If we have to lock down, we'd rather do it sipping on a fruity natural Ethiopian. It's bright, fruity, floral, with a soothing yoghurty texture. 


    This coffee was farmed by Israel Degfa, a young entreprenuer in the Ethiopian coffee farming trade who oversees a variety of farms and washing stations. In the recent years, he's turned his focus from simply producing volume to increasing care and quality in all stages of the farming process. After sampling a range of coffees, we chose beans from a farm in Kercha (Guji Zone, Southern Ethiopia) for its distinct juicy berry notes and bright floral tones. 


    These beans were sourced for us by Kamba Coffee, a small importing company based in London that we share values with. They source responsibly, pay fair prices and maintain long term relationships with producers. All good things we're happy to support.
